1. Who We Are
This website is operated by Luxiang jiayi(Xiamen) Technology Co., Ltd. (“Jiayi”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We provide information about spectroscopy instruments, electrochemical analysis instruments, applications, technical resources, and related services.
For privacy questions, please contact us at info@ikkem-jiayi.com.
2. Information We Collect
When you use the Contact page, you may choose to provide your name, company, email address, phone number, product or model, application area, and message. We also receive your consent choice and the time of submission.
Our hosting, security, and form-processing services may create technical records such as an IP address, browser or device information, request time, and security or anti-abuse results. We do not ask you to submit sensitive personal information through this website.
3. How We Use Information
- To respond to product, application, technical-support, distributor, or general enquiries;
- To provide information about products, resources, and services that relate to your request;
- To protect the website and contact endpoint from spam, abuse, and unauthorized activity;
- To maintain business, security, and operational records; and
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Contact Form and Service Providers
Contact form submissions are sent to the configured /api/contact endpoint. On the deployed static website, this endpoint is handled by a Cloudflare Worker or Pages Function. The configured service may forward an enquiry to Jiayi personnel or an email system so that we can respond.
Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare Workers, Cloudflare Turnstile, hosting providers, email providers, and other service providers may process technical or enquiry data only as needed to provide their services, protect the website, or help us respond.
5. Cloudflare Turnstile
Where Turnstile is enabled on the Contact page, it is used to distinguish genuine visitors from automated submissions and to reduce spam. Turnstile may process browser, device, network, and security signals. The Turnstile token is submitted with the form and verified by the form-processing service. Cloudflare processes this information under its own terms and privacy documentation.
6. Legal Bases and International Processing
Depending on your location and the circumstances of your enquiry, we process information because you asked us to take steps in response to your request, because you consented to the submission, because we have a legitimate interest in operating and securing the website, or because processing is required by law.
Cloudflare and other service providers may process information in countries outside your own. We use providers that are intended to apply appropriate security and privacy safeguards, subject to their applicable terms.
7. Retention
We retain enquiry and technical information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry, provide related support, maintain appropriate business and security records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations. The actual period depends on the nature of the enquiry and the systems used to process it.
8. Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or provide a copy of your personal information, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To make a request, email info@ikkem-jiayi.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information, including HTTPS, access controls, form validation, and anti-abuse protections. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Children
This website is intended for professional, educational, research, and business audiences. We do not knowingly request personal information from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our website, services, providers, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
